ماهی سوخاری

مواد لازم:

فیله ماهی 500 گرم
آرد سوخاری 200 گرم
تخم مرغ 2 عدد
روغن مایع 100 گرم
نمك وفلفل به مقدار لازم

طرز تهیه ابتدا ماهی را به صورت ورقی ونازك می بریم
تخم مرغ نمك وفلفل را با چنگال میزنیم ورقه ماهی را ابتدا
به تخم مرغ اغشته میكنیم سپس آن را در آرد سوخاری می غلتانیم
ودر روغن سرخ می كنیم
